SECO Development, Inc. was incorporated in 1989, and has emerged as the leader of mix use real estate development in the Greater Seattle marketplace.

Since its inception, SECO has developed more than 3,500 residential units, together with 160,000 square feet of associated retail space, two retirement facilities, two hotels, and 800,000 square feet of office space.
